¼ cup diced red onion

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

Reduce the heat to low and add the softened cream cheese, stirring until melted and well combined with the beef.

Stir in the sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the dip is heated through and the cheese is completely melted.

Transfer the dip to a serving dish and garnish with extra diced tomatoes or pickles if desired.

Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced veggies for dipping.
