1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup heavy cream

Prepare the Brownie Base: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch springform pan.

    In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, remove it from the heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

      Add the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until fully combined, then pour the batter into the prepared springform pan, spreading it evenly.
