1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon baking powder

½ cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

4 to 6 tablespoons ice water

2 medium tomatoes, sliced

1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced or torn

1 cup fresh basil leaves

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for drizzling

Make the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Add in the cubed cold butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add ice water, one tablespoon at a time, mixing until the dough comes together. Form it into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

      Roll Out the Dough: After chilling, place the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll it out into a 12-inch circle. Transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
