Ingredients

2 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)

8 ounces large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh spinach

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.

Season the salmon fillets and shrimp with Cajun seasoning, ensuring they are well-coated.

Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down if applicable. Cook for 5-6 minutes until skin is crispy. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in the chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream, cherry tomatoes, and spinach. Stir until the spinach is wilted and the sauce starts to thicken, about 3-5 minutes.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing well until creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Return the cooked salmon and shrimp to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over the top. Let heat through for another 2 minutes.
