Ingredients

1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup hot sauce (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup celery, diced (for garnish)

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing, hot sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended to create your marinade.

Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for maximum flavor absorption.

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.

Place the skewers on the grill, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char. Use a cooking thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

Top the skewers with diced celery and chopped green onions for a wonderful crunchy finish.

                Prep Time: 30 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour | Servings: 4

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the skewers on a platter surrounded by extra celery sticks and a small bowl of ranch dressing for dipping. Alternatively, place them in a mason jar for a fun, rustic touch at gatherings!
