1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 large eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

½ cup buffalo sauce

2 tablespoons melted butter

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

      Set up a dredging station: In one bowl, place the seasoned flour mixture; in another bowl, beat the eggs; and in a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.

        Take each piece of chicken, dip it into the flour mixture, ensuring it is well-coated. Shake off any excess flour.

          Next, dip the floured chicken in the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off before transferring to the breadcrumb bowl.

            Coat the chicken pieces thoroughly with breadcrumbs and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all chicken pieces are coated.

              In a small bowl, mix the buffalo sauce, melted butter, and cayenne pepper (if using). Drizzle this mixture over all the breaded chicken nuggets on the baking sheet.

                Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the nuggets are crispy and golden.

                  Once cooked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

                    Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with extra buffalo sauce on the side for dipping.
