1 tablespoon honey

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, bourbon-flavored barbecue sauce, honey, minced garlic, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Add the shrimp and peach slices to the bowl, tossing them gently to ensure they are evenly coated with the marinade.

Spread the shrimp and peach mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, and the peaches are tender and caramelized.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves for a burst of color and flavor if desired.
