1 bag tortilla chips

2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 cup crumbled queso fresco

1 jalapeño, sliced

1/2 cup diced red onion

1 avocado, diced

1 cup birria consomé (optional for dipping)

Lime wedges for serving
