Ingredients

3 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup granola (use your favorite variety)

1 cup whipped cream

2 tablespoons chocolate shavings (for garnish)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix the creamy peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt until smooth and well-combined.

Take a large glass trifle dish or individual dessert glasses to layer your ingredients. Start with a layer of sliced bananas at the bottom.

Spoon a layer of the peanut butter yogurt mixture over the bananas, spreading it evenly.

Next, add a layer of granola, spreading it evenly on top of the yogurt mixture.

Continue to build layers by repeating the process: bananas, then peanut butter yogurt, then granola, until you reach the top of your dish. Aim for at least three layers for a beautiful presentation.

Finish with a generous layer of whipped cream on top. If desired, you can add more sliced bananas on top or sprinkle chocolate shavings for garnish.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together and the granola to soften slightly.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes (includes chilling) | Servings: 4-6

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the trifle in clear glasses to showcase the beautiful layers. Garnish with extra banana slices and a drizzle of honey for a sweet touch right before serving!
