4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each salmon fillet, ensuring they’re well coated.

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).

Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.

Serve the salmon hot, garnished with additional parsley and lemon wedges on the side for a fresh touch.
