Ingredients

1 lb small shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup panko bread crumbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (optional for extra heat)

2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)

Fresh cilantro leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

In another shallow bowl, place the beaten eggs. In a third bowl, add the panko bread crumbs.

Dip each shrimp first into the flour mixture, shaking off the excess, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it evenly with the panko bread crumbs. Place the breaded shrimp on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the breaded shrimp for 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until well combined. This will be your Bang Bang sauce.

Once the shrimp are done, remove them from the oven and immediately toss them in the Bang Bang sauce until evenly coated.

Serve the shrimp warm, garnished with green onions and fresh cilantro leaves.
