1 scoop vanilla ice cream

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Chocolate shavings or banana slices (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Begin by gathering all your ingredients. If you haven't frozen the bananas yet, peel them, slice them, and place them in the freezer for at least 2 hours for a creamy texture.

    In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, milk, vanilla ice cream, honey (or maple syrup), ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

      Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well combined.
