4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 teaspoon salt

Vanilla ice cream (for serving, optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.

      Pour the melted butter into the dry mixture and stir with a fork until crumbly, ensuring all dry ingredients are moistened.

        Place the peach halves in a greased baking dish, cut side up.
