4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (for garnish)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, ranch dressing, chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and creamy.

      Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish. Gently spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.

        Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

          In the last 5 minutes of baking, top with cherry tomatoes and return to the oven to roast slightly.

            Once baked, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

              Garnish with fresh parsley before serving to add a pop of color and freshness.
