Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 strips of crispy bacon, chopped

2 cups cooked macaroni

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoons butter

4 large flour tortillas

Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Mac 'n' Cheese: In a medium saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the cooked macaroni, milk, and cheddar cheese. Stir continuously until the cheese has melted and the mixture is creamy. Set aside.

Season the Beef: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Cook the Burger Patties: Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Form the seasoned ground beef into four equal-sized patties. Cook in the skillet for 5-7 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness. In the last minute of cooking, sprinkle the chopped bacon on top of each patty and let them melt together.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the mac 'n' cheese onto the center of the tortilla. Place a burger patty on top of the mac 'n' cheese.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom to create a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas, mac 'n' cheese, and burger patties.

Heat the Wraps: In a clean skillet, lightly toast the wraps seam-side down for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy. Flip and repeat on the other side.

Serve: Cut each wrap in half and garnish with chopped chives for a pop of color.
