Ingredients

4 large tortillas (flour or spinach)

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup fresh spinach leaves, chopped

1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth and well blended.

Add the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped spinach, and green onions to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread an even layer of the bacon-cheddar-ranch mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the remaining tortillas.

Once all tortillas are rolled, use a sharp knife to slice each log into bite-sized pinwheels, about 1 inch thick.

Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.

                - Presentation Tips: Serve the pinwheels on a large platter, garnished with extra green onions or fresh herbs for a pop of color. You can also pair them with a small bowl of ranch dressing for dipping!
