2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon ground cumin

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for heat)

Salt to taste

Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    After rinsing the chickpeas, spread them out on a clean kitchen towel and gently pat them dry to remove excess moisture. This step is crucial for achieving maximum crunch.
