Ingredients

1 lb flank steak, sliced into thin strips

1 bell pepper (any color), sliced

1 onion, sliced

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

8 small flour or corn tortillas

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, bell pepper, and onion.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.

Pour the marinade over the meat and vegetables, mixing well to ensure everything is coated evenly. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for deeper flavor).

Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).

Once preheated, arrange the marinated steak and vegetables in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on your air fryer size.

Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crispiness.

While the steak and veggies are cooking, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side or wrap them in foil and place them in the air fryer for the last 3 minutes.

Once done, carefully remove the steak and fajita vegetables from the air fryer.

To assemble the fajitas, place a scoop of the steak mixture onto each tortilla, garnish with chopped cilantro, and serve with lime wedges on the side.
