Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix until the chicken is evenly coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
Once marinated, thread the chicken cubes onto the skewers. Ensure they are snug but not overcrowded to allow even cooking.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overlapping. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
Once done, carefully remove the skewers from the air fryer. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice and sprinkle extra Parmesan on top.
