Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
  • 0.5 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups cold water or sparkling water
  • to taste optional ice cubes (for thicker consistency)
  • for garnish fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen peaches, fresh lemon juice, honey or agave syrup, and cold water.
  2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and all the peaches are fully incorporated. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until fully crushed.
  3. Taste your frozen peach lemonade and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey/agave syrup if desired. Blend again briefly to mix.
  4. Pour the frozen lemonade into chilled glasses.
  5. Add fresh mint leaves as a garnish for a refreshing touch. Optionally, you can add a slice of lemon on the rim of the glass for extra flair.

Adjust sweetness to taste with honey or agave syrup.
