Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • to taste crushed graham crackers for garnish
  • to taste extra strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the halved strawberries, vanilla ice cream, cream cheese, milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary to ensure everything is mixed well.
  3. Taste the milkshake and adjust the sweetness with more powdered sugar if desired.
  4. Pour the milkshake into tall glasses, filling them about three-quarters full.
  5. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top of the milkshake for that cheesecake crust flavor.
  6. Garnish with fresh strawberries on the rim of the glass or placed on top.
  7. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon for enjoying!

Adjust the sweetness to your preference with powdered sugar.
