Spooky Black Halloween Sangria Festive and Fun Drink
Ingredients
- 4 cups black grape juice
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 0.5 cup fresh blueberries
- 0.5 cup blackberries
- 1 whole orange, sliced
- 1 whole apple, diced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey (optional, to sweeten)
- 1 serving spooky gummy worms or spooky-shaped fruit jelly candies for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the black grape juice and pomegranate juice. Stir well to mix.
- Add the freshly squeezed lime juice and agave syrup or honey if you prefer your sangria a bit sweeter. Stir until well combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, blackberries, sliced oranges, and diced apples into the juice mixture. This adds both flavor and a spooky look!
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, add the sparkling water to the mixture and stir gently to preserve the bubbles.
- Pour the sangria into glasses filled with ice and garnish with spooky gummy worms or jelly candies hanging on the rim for an eerie finish.
💡 Chef's Notes
Chill the sangria for best flavor. Adjust sweetness to taste.
