Ingredients

  • 4 cups black grape juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 0.5 cup fresh blueberries
  • 0.5 cup blackberries
  • 1 whole orange, sliced
  • 1 whole apple, diced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey (optional, to sweeten)
  • 1 serving spooky gummy worms or spooky-shaped fruit jelly candies for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the black grape juice and pomegranate juice. Stir well to mix.
  2. Add the freshly squeezed lime juice and agave syrup or honey if you prefer your sangria a bit sweeter. Stir until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, blackberries, sliced oranges, and diced apples into the juice mixture. This adds both flavor and a spooky look!
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, add the sparkling water to the mixture and stir gently to preserve the bubbles.
  6. Pour the sangria into glasses filled with ice and garnish with spooky gummy worms or jelly candies hanging on the rim for an eerie finish.

💡 Chef's Notes

Chill the sangria for best flavor. Adjust sweetness to taste.
