Spinach Artichoke Parmesan Dip Flavorful Party Treat
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 2/3 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, and lemon juice to the bowl. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Fold in the grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheeses, reserving a handful of mozzarella for topping.
- Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix again until fully integrated.
- Transfer the dip mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top the dip with the reserved mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
