Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper for easy clean-up.
- In a small bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, lemon zest, and olive oil until well combined.
- Place the tilapia fillets on the prepared sheet pan. Drizzle lemon juice over the fillets, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the garlic Parmesan mixture evenly over each fillet, making sure to coat them generously.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
