Ingredients

  • 2 cups brewed chai tea (cooled)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 0.5 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (plus extra for garnish)
  • as needed cubes ice cubes
  • optional whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Brew the chai tea according to package instructions and allow it to cool completely.
  2. In a blender, combine the cooled chai tea, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes up to the top.
  4. Pour the pumpkin spice chai mixture over the ice, leaving some space at the top if you'd like to add whipped cream.
  5. If desired, top with whipped cream and sprinkle a little extra pumpkin pie spice on top for garnish.
  6. Stir gently before enjoying your refreshing iced chai latte.
