Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 ripe banana chopped
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1 serving whipped cream
  • 1 serving maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, coconut milk, chopped banana, fresh pineapple chunks, and shredded coconut.
  2. Blend on high until all ingredients are smooth and creamy. If desired, add honey or agave syrup for additional sweetness, then blend again.
  3. Pour the milkshake into tall glasses, leaving some space at the top for the whipped cream.
  4. Top each milkshake with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
  5. Garnish with extra pineapple chunks, a sprinkle of shredded coconut, and a maraschino cherry on top.
  6. Serve immediately with straws for a refreshing tropical treat!
