Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs Delight
Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury Grands! Flaky Biscuits (16.3 oz)
- 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
- Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Each biscuit will be filled with cheese, so flatten each biscuit into a circle about 3 inches in diameter.
- Place a tablespoon of mozzarella and a tablespoon of cheddar in the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese filling, pinching to seal tightly and form a ball. Ensure there are no openings for the cheese to escape.
- Once all the biscuits are filled, dip each cheese-filled biscuit bomb into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Arrange the biscuit bombs on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down. If desired, pour any remaining garlic butter over the tops.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
