Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 2 unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
  • 1 2 salt
  • 1 4 black pepper
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper together. Set aside.
  3. Open the can of biscuits and separate them into individual pieces. Roll each biscuit into a small flat round shape.
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  5. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese, pinching to seal tightly. Form into a ball shape.
  6. Dip each cheese-filled biscuit into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it is well-coated, then place them seam side down in a greased cast-iron skillet or baking dish.
  7. Once all the biscuits are in the skillet, drizzle any remaining garlic butter mixture over the top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy goodness!
