Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 0.5 cup dried apricots, finely chopped
- 0.25 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water

- 1 pinch salt
- 0.5 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, chopped dried apricots, and shredded coconut.
- Add the honey, orange blossom water, orange zest, ground cardamom, and a pinch of salt to the dry ingredients.
- Mix well with a spatula until the mixture comes together. If it's too crumbly, you can add a touch more honey.
- Once combined, use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- If desired, roll the balls in chopped pistachios for added texture and flavor.
- Place the balls on a lined baking sheet or plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
