Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.25 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder (for rolling)
  • 0.25 cup chopped hazelnuts (optional, for rolling)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Nutella, crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, semi-sweet chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix the ingredients until well combined and a dough-like consistency forms. If it’s too sticky, add a bit more graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to an hour, allowing it to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, use a small cookie scoop or your hands to form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) with the mixture.
  5. In a shallow dish, mix together the cocoa powder and chopped hazelnuts if using.
  6. Roll each truffle in the cocoa mixture until well coated, ensuring an even coverage.
  7. Place the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Repeat the process until all truffles are rolled and coated.
  9. For a fun touch, melt additional semi-sweet chocolate and drizzle it over the truffles for added decoration.
  10. Refrigerate your truffles for at least 15 minutes before serving to set the coating.
