Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan with cooking spray or olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, and finely chopped onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the egg, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, milk, oregano, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the meat mixture and mix well with your hands or a spatula until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, shaping it into an even loaf.
- Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the top of the meatloaf for added moisture and flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Once cooked, allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing to ensure it holds its shape.
