Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • as needed additional parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Roll each biscuit flat using a rolling pin.
  4. Take a spoonful of the beef mixture and place it in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  5. Fold up the edges of the biscuit to encase the filling, pinching to seal. Make sure there are no gaps so the filling doesn't leak out during baking.
  6. Place the filled bombs seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic. Brush this mixture generously over the bombs.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
  10. Garnish with additional chopped parsley for an inviting look and extra flavor.
