Irresistible Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- as needed additional parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Roll each biscuit flat using a rolling pin.
- Take a spoonful of the beef mixture and place it in the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Fold up the edges of the biscuit to encase the filling, pinching to seal. Make sure there are no gaps so the filling doesn't leak out during baking.
- Place the filled bombs seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic. Brush this mixture generously over the bombs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with additional chopped parsley for an inviting look and extra flavor.
