Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 4 tablespoons marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large marshmallows
  • to taste whipped cream
  • to taste extra graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, whole milk, chocolate syrup, marshmallow fluff, crushed graham crackers, and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and well-combined. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. Drizzle some chocolate syrup inside the serving glasses for a decorative touch.
  4. Pour the milkshake mixture evenly into two glasses.
  5. Using a kitchen torch, carefully toast the large marshmallows until golden brown and charred. This can also be done under a broiler for a few minutes.
  6. Top each milkshake with a generous dollop of whipped cream and place a toasted marshmallow on top.
  7. Sprinkle extra graham cracker crumbs over the whipped cream for added texture and garnish.

💡 Chef's Notes

For a richer flavor, use high-quality chocolate syrup.
