Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts Savory Roasted Delight
Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 green onions, finely sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, honey, Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Drizzle with additional honey or Sriracha if desired for an extra kick.
- Transfer the roasted Brussels sprouts to a serving platter, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish.
