Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, honey, Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  5. Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Drizzle with additional honey or Sriracha if desired for an extra kick.
  6. Transfer the roasted Brussels sprouts to a serving platter, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish.
