Healthy Greek Yogurt Banana Pudding Simple and Tasty
Ingredients
- 2 whole ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.25 teaspoon cinnamon
- 0.25 cup granola (for topping)
- 1 bunch fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer the sliced bananas at the bottom, spooning a generous layer of the yogurt mixture on top.
- Repeat the layering process until the glasses are full, finishing with a layer of the yogurt mixture on top.
- Sprinkle granola over the top of each pudding for added crunch and texture.
- Chill the pudding in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavors and allow it to set slightly.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves for an aromatic touch.
