Ingredients

  • 2 whole ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup granola (for topping)
  • 1 bunch fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  2. In serving glasses or bowls, layer the sliced bananas at the bottom, spooning a generous layer of the yogurt mixture on top.
  3. Repeat the layering process until the glasses are full, finishing with a layer of the yogurt mixture on top.
  4. Sprinkle granola over the top of each pudding for added crunch and texture.
  5. Chill the pudding in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavors and allow it to set slightly.
  6. Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves for an aromatic touch.
