Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 2 cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 2 garlic powder
  • 1 4 black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over each flour tortilla.
  4. Evenly distribute the diced ham, shredded mozzarella, and chopped spinach over one half of each tortilla.
  5. Fold the tortillas in half, encasing the filling, and press down lightly to seal.
  6. Slice each folded tortilla into strips about 1 inch wide to create sticks.
  7. Place the tortilla sticks on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops lightly with olive oil.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
