Ham & Cheese Tortilla Sticks Easy Snack Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 2 cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 2 garlic powder
- 1 4 black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over each flour tortilla.
- Evenly distribute the diced ham, shredded mozzarella, and chopped spinach over one half of each tortilla.
- Fold the tortillas in half, encasing the filling, and press down lightly to seal.
- Slice each folded tortilla into strips about 1 inch wide to create sticks.
- Place the tortilla sticks on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops lightly with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
