Garlic Butter Steak Bites Savory and Quick Delight
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- to taste salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- for garnish fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the cubed sirloin steak with salt and pepper on all sides.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the steak cubes in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter, minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme, stirring frequently for about 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant but not burnt.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they're well-coated. Cook for another minute until heated through.
- Transfer the garlic butter steak bites to a serving platter and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
