Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust pre-made graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry flavored gelatin (Jello)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 2 powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • to taste Fresh strawberries and edible flowers for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring well until it's completely dissolved.
  2. Once dissolved, add 1 cup of cold water to the gelatin mixture. Stir to combine, then set aside to cool to room temperature.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer.
  4. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, mixing until well combined and creamy.
  5. Gently fold in the whipped cream until uniform, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
  6. Gradually add the cooled gelatin mixture to the cream cheese mixture, folding it in gently until well incorporated.
  7. Pour the entire filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
  8. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  9. Before serving, garnish with fresh strawberries and edible flowers for a festive touch.

💡 Chef's Notes

Chill the pie for at least 4 hours to ensure it sets properly.
