Easter No Bake Jello Pie Refreshing and Fun Treat
Ingredients
- 1 pie crust pre-made graham cracker pie crust
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry flavored gelatin (Jello)
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 2 powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- to taste Fresh strawberries and edible flowers for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring well until it's completely dissolved.
- Once dissolved, add 1 cup of cold water to the gelatin mixture. Stir to combine, then set aside to cool to room temperature.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, mixing until well combined and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until uniform, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
- Gradually add the cooled gelatin mixture to the cream cheese mixture, folding it in gently until well incorporated.
- Pour the entire filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
- Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh strawberries and edible flowers for a festive touch.
