Ingredients
- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and butter. Once the butter has melted, add the chicken breasts. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon to combine with the garlic.
- Add in the cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes soften.
- Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, allowing them to soak in the creamy sauce for an additional 2 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning with more salt, pepper, or Italian seasoning as needed.
- Serve the chicken topped with the creamy sauce, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.
