Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread approximately 1/4 of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center.
  3. Top the mixture with a handful of fresh spinach leaves and a few slices of bell pepper.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom, creating a wrap. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Carefully place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing each wrap in half diagonally.

💡 Chef's Notes

Arrange the wraps on a serving platter and serve with a side of ranch or garlic sauce for dipping. Garnish with extra spinach or bell pepper slices for a colorful appearance.
