Cheesy Beef Biscuit Bombs Tasty Easy Party Appetizer
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 0.5 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 can Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain excess fat and reduce heat. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute until well combined.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and green onions (if using) until the cheese is melted and mixed evenly.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 3 inches wide.
- Place a tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit circle. Wrap the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal it tight and form a ball.
- Place the biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and fluffy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
