Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 0.5 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 can Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Drain excess fat and reduce heat. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute until well combined.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and green onions (if using) until the cheese is melted and mixed evenly.
  5. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 3 inches wide.
  6. Place a tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit circle. Wrap the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal it tight and form a ball.
  7. Place the biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and fluffy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
