Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 medium apple, cored and diced (preferably a sweet variety like Fuji or Gala)
  • 3 tablespoons caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 serving whipped cream for topping
  • 1 serving optional: crushed graham crackers for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, whole milk, diced apple, caramel sauce, and cinnamon.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, ensuring the apple is well incorporated.
  3. Taste the milkshake and adjust the sweetness by adding a bit more caramel sauce if desired, then blend again briefly to mix.
  4. In a glass, drizzle some caramel sauce along the sides before pouring in the milkshake for a beautiful presentation.
  5. Pour the shake into the glass, filling it to the top.
  6. Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the top for a crunchy texture.
  7. Drizzle more caramel sauce on top of the whipped cream for extra indulgence.

💡 Chef's Notes

Serve with a colorful straw and an apple slice on the rim of the glass for added flair.
