Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands!® refrigerated biscuit dough (16.3 oz)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well to mix all the flavors together.
  3. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
  4. In the center of each flattened biscuit, add about 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
  5. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese to form a ball, pinching the seams to seal. Make sure the cheese is completely enclosed.
  6. Place the cheese-filled biscuit bombs onto the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
  7. Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs generously with the garlic butter mixture you prepared earlier.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden and puffed up.
  9. Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Brush with any remaining garlic butter mixture.
  10. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

💡 Chef's Notes

Serve these cheesy garlic butter biscuit bombs on a rustic wooden board, drizzled with extra garlic butter and a sprinkle of parsley for a pop of color. Pair with marinara sauce for dipping!
