Best Recipe for Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Bombs
Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury Grands!® refrigerated biscuit dough (16.3 oz)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well to mix all the flavors together.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
- In the center of each flattened biscuit, add about 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese to form a ball, pinching the seams to seal. Make sure the cheese is completely enclosed.
- Place the cheese-filled biscuit bombs onto the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
- Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs generously with the garlic butter mixture you prepared earlier.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden and puffed up.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Brush with any remaining garlic butter mixture.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
