Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup non-alcoholic beer
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • for garnish chopped scallions

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  2. Gradually add the non-alcoholic beer to the cheese mixture, stirring constantly until the dip reaches a creamy consistency.
  3. Add the Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently for about 5-7 minutes, until the cheeses are melted and the dip is warm and bubbling.
  5. Once heated, remove from the heat and pour the dip into a serving bowl.
  6. Garnish with chopped scallions for a fresh touch. Serve with pretzels, crispy tortilla chips, fresh vegetables, or bread slices for dipping.
