Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon (6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 4 teaspoons Everything Bagel seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)
  • for garnish sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with fresh dill (if using) for added flavor. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on the top of each salmon fillet.
  3. Evenly sprinkle the Everything Bagel seasoning over the cream cheese-covered fillets, pressing gently to ensure it sticks.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Brush both sides of the salmon fillets with olive oil. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork (cook time may vary based on thickness).
  6. Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for a minute. Garnish with sliced green onions and additional dill if desired.
